What you can do on this page

On the Jobs & History page, you can review a list of submitted jobs and see their latest status. Depending on your workflow, this helps you verify output, identify delays, and follow up on problems.

You can typically use this page to:

  • View recent and past jobs
  • Check whether a job is queued, running, completed, or failed
  • Open a job to review more details
  • Use the history of jobs to understand previous activity
Tip If you are waiting for a result, refresh the Jobs & History page after a short delay to see the latest status updates.

Check the status of a job

If you need to confirm whether work has finished, you can review the status directly from the jobs list. This is the fastest way to understand what is happening with a submitted task.

  1. Open Jobs & History from the main navigation.
  2. Find the job you want to review in the list.
  3. Look at the job’s status to see whether it is in progress, completed, or failed.
  4. Select the job, if available, to open more details or related output.

Understand job history

Your job history gives you a record of previously submitted work. This can help you compare runs, confirm completion times, and identify recurring issues.

If multiple people use your workspace, the history view can also help you understand recent activity and coordinate follow-up actions.

Note The exact job details and available actions may vary depending on your workspace configuration and the type of job that was submitted.

Troubleshooting

A job is taking longer than expected

If a job remains in progress for longer than usual, wait a few moments and check again. Some jobs take more time depending on their size, complexity, or system load.

A job failed

If a job shows a failed status, open the job details if they are available and review any error information. You can then retry the job or contact your workspace administrator if the issue continues.

I cannot find an older job

If you cannot locate a previous job, check whether you are viewing the correct workspace or time range. Older items may also depend on your organization’s retention settings.
