What you can do on this page

Use this page to view all CMS connections configured for your workspace. You can quickly check connection status, confirm which CMS is linked, and open options to update or remove a connection.

Note You may need the appropriate workspace or marketing permissions to create or edit CMS connections.

Add a CMS connection

If you want GoodHelp to pull content from your CMS, start by creating a new connection. The setup flow will guide you through selecting your CMS and entering the required details.

  1. Open CMS Connections from the Marketing area of your workspace.
  2. Select Add connection or the available create action on the page.
  3. Choose your CMS provider from the list.
  4. Enter the requested connection details, such as your site URL, API credentials, or access token.
  5. Review the configuration and save the connection.
  6. Wait for the connection status to update and confirm that your CMS is successfully linked.
Tip Use a dedicated service account or token for your CMS connection when possible. This makes it easier to manage access and rotate credentials later.

Manage an existing connection

After a connection is created, you can return to this page to review or update it. This is useful if your CMS credentials change or if you need to reconnect after an error.

Update a connection

  1. Find the CMS connection you want to change.
  2. Open the connection actions or select the connection entry.
  3. Edit the connection details you need to update.
  4. Save your changes and verify the connection status.

Remove a connection

  1. Locate the connection you no longer want to use.
  2. Open the available actions for that connection.
  3. Select the option to delete or disconnect it.
  4. Confirm the removal when prompted.

Troubleshooting

If your connection does not work as expected, first confirm that your CMS URL and credentials are correct. You should also make sure the connected account has permission to access the content GoodHelp needs.

If the connection still fails, try reconnecting with a new token or updated credentials. If the issue continues, contact your GoodHelp administrator or support team with the connection details and any error message shown on the page.
